1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdjl platform and all its associated services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have read and agreed to every clause of these Terms.

bdjl is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement. Any user who does not agree with any part of these Terms must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms have been drafted in Bengali, and the Bengali version is the final and authoritative document. In the event of any dispute or need for interpretation, the Bengali text will take precedence.

2Eligibility and Age Requirement

bdjl services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Minors (under 21) are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the platform.
• Users must not be residents of any jurisdiction where online gambling or betting is completely prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to create and manage an account — meaning you must be of legal age and of sound mind.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself; managing an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

3Account Registration

A personal account is required to access the full range of services on the bdjl platform. The following conditions apply to registration:

• Each person may create only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, address, and mobile number — must be completely accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. You should not share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the bdjl support team immediately.
• Only the registered owner may log in to an account. Transferring, renting, or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

After registration, bdjl may at any time request additional information or documents for verification purposes. If a user does not provide these within a reasonable time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4Identity Verification

bdjl follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure the security of financial transactions and to prevent fraudulent activity. Identity verification may be required in the following situations:

• Before making your first withdrawal.
• When unusual or high-value transactions occur on the account.
• When a request is made to change account information.
• At any time at the discretion of the bdjl security team.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

bdjl supports the most widely used mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh for financial transactions.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will be declined and returned.
• There are no additional charges for deposits — however, your own bank's or mobile banking service's terms may apply.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless bdjl approves a different arrangement.
• Winnings from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• bdjl reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdjl offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following general rules apply to all such offers:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500 — to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed.
• Weekly Reload Reward (bdjl Weekly Reload Reward): 30% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18 times. Can be claimed once per week, minimum deposit ৳500.
• Slot Festival Bonus (bdjl Slot Festival Bonus): 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25 times. Applies only to slot game deposits, can be claimed once per day.
• Cricket Dhamaka Offer (bdjl Cricket Dhamaka Offer): 40% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20 times. Available once per weekend on cricket or sports betting.
• Birthday Special Gift (bdjl Birthday Special Gift): Reward up to ৳2,000, wagering 15 times. Can be claimed once during the birthday month registered on the account.
• Refer a Friend (bdjl Refer a Friend): Reward up to ৳3,000, wagering 10 times. Awarded once for each successful referral.

General bonus terms and conditions:

• A bonus is never direct cash; it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• bdjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus — without prior notice.
• If abuse of bonus terms is detected (such as multiple accounts or manipulative betting), the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

7Gaming Rules

All games on bdjl are operated using fair and secure technology. The following rules apply at all times when playing games:

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is free from any external influence or manipulation.
• If a connection is lost during a game, play will resume from where it left off when you reconnect — however, in some cases the outcome may be settled automatically.
• Any winnings incorrectly awarded or displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid, and bdjl reserves the right to correct them.
• Users may not use any software, robots, or automated tools to play games.
• A stable internet connection is required to play games. bdjl is not responsible for losses caused by connection issues.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjl platform. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false or fabricated identity information.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage — such as placing opposing bets across different accounts.
• Using the platform for terrorist financing or money laundering.
• Making transactions using a third party's funds.
• Engaging in hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to access or manipulate platform systems without authorisation.
• Harassing or behaving abusively towards other users.

9Account Suspension and Closure

bdjl may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• Detection of unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or account closure request).
• Extended inactivity — no transactions for a defined period of time.

In the event of permanent account closure, provided no terms have been violated, any valid balance (free of wagering requirements) will be returned via the registered payment method. Users may request account closure from the support team at any time.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdjl accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by issues with the user's internet connection or device.
• Interruption to games or betting due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account where this results from the user's own negligence or a password leak.
• Delays or issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, mobile banking).
• Financial losses resulting from gambling — the user voluntarily accepts the risk of losing money on all bets.

VIP Levels & Benefits

bdjl's VIP program has three levels. Each level offers a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on the net loss for that week.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week. Example: if net loss in a week is ৳20,000 — ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP level progression depends on consistency of play and engagement with the platform. Cashback is paid once per week and applies to the net loss, which is total losses minus total winnings for that week.
